Yes — most of our work is for clients abroad. The projects on this page were built for teams in Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Canada and the United States, and we work in English throughout: briefs, code, documentation, calls and written updates.

Nothing about the engagement requires you to be in the same country as us. Contracts are signed electronically, work is delivered to your repositories and cloud accounts, and you keep the same point of contact from the first call to handover.

Our office runs 8am to 7pm Pakistan Standard Time, which is UTC+5 and does not change for daylight saving.

For Hong Kong and Singapore that is a near-complete overlap. For the UK it covers most of your working day — our afternoon is your morning, and we are still here at 2pm London time. For the east coast of the United States the live overlap is the start of your day, so American projects are run asynchronously: written updates you read when you wake up, and calls booked into your morning rather than dropped on you.

In practice the distance is a scheduling question, not a communication one. What matters is that you always know what changed while you were asleep, and that is a matter of writing things down.

You do. Everything we produce for you — source code, designs, documentation and the accounts they run on — belongs to you once the project is paid for, and it is transferred to your own repositories and hosting rather than sitting in ours.

We do not retain the right to resell your product, and we do not reuse client-specific work on another client's project. Anything generic we build for ourselves stays ours, and we will say so before it goes into your codebase.

Yes, and it is the normal way to start when the idea is the valuable part. Tick the NDA box on the enquiry form and we will have one signed before you send us anything sensitive.

If your company has its own NDA, send it — we would rather sign yours than negotiate ours.

Two ways, depending on what the work is. A defined build is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, split into milestones so you are never paying far ahead of what has been delivered. Ongoing work — a product you are still growing, or a team you want available every month — is a monthly retainer at an agreed capacity.

Either way the quote comes after a written scope, not before. A number produced without one is a guess, and guesses are what turn into change requests later.

We invoice in your currency — US dollars, pounds sterling, euros or dirhams — by international bank transfer. If your finance team prefers to pay through a platform such as Wise, Payoneer, Upwork or Fiverr, we can work through it.

Invoices are raised per milestone, with a deposit to start. You will always have an invoice and a written record of what it covers, which is what your accountant will ask for.

A marketing website is usually two to four weeks. A first release of a mobile or web product — enough to put in front of real users — is typically two to three months. Larger platforms with several user types, payments and back-office tooling run longer, and we will say so in the scope rather than discovering it halfway.

The estimate arrives with the scope, and the milestones make it visible as you go. If something is going to slip you hear it when we know, not at the deadline.

Often, yes. We start with a paid review of what exists: what runs, what is tested, what is going to hurt, and what it would cost to carry on versus rebuild. You get that as a written assessment you can act on whether or not you continue with us.

We will tell you if the honest answer is that the existing code is worth keeping and you do not need us.

Launch is a milestone, not the end. Every project is handed over with its repositories, deployment setup and documentation, so another team could pick it up — that is the test of a proper handover.

Most clients keep us on a support arrangement for fixes and small changes, and many come back for the next release. Neither is compulsory, and nothing we build is locked to us.
